I have make a usb 3.0 board but when it's powered or reseted, sometimes the pc driver is not loaded. (abot 1 time per 10 trials.) why? 

When i use the cypress dvk board, same result is appeared.

I am using the  Netmate U-511 pci-e card for usb 3.0 I/F.

Is there any code flashed on the EEPROM? When you say PC driver not loaded do you mean you get a unrecognized device pop-up or the device with correct VID/PID is enumerated but PC didn't load the driver.

I am using usb bot mode.

Sometimes, it,s loaded well, usbbootloader,

Sometimes, windows does not load any thinig.

Sometimes, windows does load wrong usb bootloader.........

Hi,

Signal quality is the only thing I can think of which can lead to issues.

Especially the wrong bootloader case (it is not really wrong bootloader the device is not responding to all the enumeration request hence the yellow bang i.e. PC knows there is a device and its VID/PID doesn't have rest of the descriptors to understand the capabilities of the device).

Is the cable you're using USB-IF certified. Can you try a short cable?

In my system, it does not work.

But In my country's distribution company says that there is no problem.

Tommorow, I will visit the company and check the problems.
