Hello,

I looked for a SDK for FX2LP on linux, but I didn't find it.

I tried to test with the FX3 SDK but I had some build problem.

My question is: Is there a SDK for FX2LP on linux and where can I find it?

Else how can I interact with the board?

I found on the Internet 2 commands:

  - fx2load (to download a firmware on the board)
  - cycfx2prog a tool to program the FX2

But I would like know if there is a SDK which exist before to start.

My knowleges are limited on this subject.

Best regards

ThierryF

 Hi,

Currently we are in the process of developing SDK for FX2LP in Linux. I hope it would be released very soon. But meanwhile if you are interested in developing applications using Libusb in Linux, you may refer http://www.cypress.com/?rID=57610.

Regards,

Gayathri

Hi,

You can use the same SDK that is been there on the Cypress webpage for FX3.

Here is the link for it:

 FX3 SDK for Linux, v1.2

Please let us know the exact requirement if the above SDK does not solve your problem.

Thanks,

sai krishna.
