    I am using FPGA + USB(CY7C68013A) system to do data acquisition. The hardware has already worked well, but I have some problem with the software. 

    As I am in an urgent situation, I want to ask is there any software that could be used directly to acquisite data in XP OS? Especially the software uses CyUSB.sys. As the software I designed gets data from OS by calling API, and data package missing happened. It's difficult for me to debug the software.

Did you try using Control Centre/ CyConsole, which you can get after installing SuiteUSB (http://www.cypress.com/?rID=34870)? If you want streaming data to be tested please use application at http://www.cypress.com/?rID=53165 along with Bulkloop firmware.

I tested the AN70983 Bulkloop example. Firmware of bulkloop was written into EEPROM through EZ-USB Control Panel, and the bulkloop application software can write and read data smoothly. 

Yet another problem came out. As the board was self designed, when I disconnect and reconnect the board, EZ-USB Control Panel can't detect the USB device anymore. In the bulkloop test, I also installed the driver in the example codes. Is it a problem?  What I need to do is writing the specific firmware of my application to EEPROM, but I can't do it now.

Could you help me for this?

 The EEPROM problem is solved.  I reinstalled the control panel and restarted the computer, then the processing could be done.

Now I am trying to program the software. The example you recommanded ran successfully in the board, so the board works OK. I need to realize a software receive large volumn bulk in data.
