Hi all
I am working in the CY7C68013A device. i want debug the code with help of Keil Tool. please help me seting up the internal and external RAM Mode.

you have download the monitor to the board and then click the debug button in keil IDE... If you have installed the DVK you can find the monitors in C:\Cypress\USB\Target\Monitor... The version of monitor you download depends on the serial interface in the board to which you have plugged the DB-9 Cable....
