 Here is an application note which explains practical implementation of PSoC 1 programming procedure - AN44168

This application note is associated with a source code that can be ported to any other controller and will be a starting point for developing your own programmer for PSoC 1.

this  may  have  a  big  work   and  learn  the  I2C  well

Since the App note provides complete source code, developer need not spend much time on wirting firmware and learning the HSSP protocol.
