What is currently available for measuring Cp on a board? At one time there was EP64134. Is there something newer available that replaced this? I had something in my files but can't find it anymore. Thanks.

This is one possibility, depends on range and resolution you are seeking -

It was the second one I was looking for, thanks. Is it just me or does everyone else have trouble finding this stuff? Often I find references on current component data sheets to examples that no longer exist or are buried so deep I can't ever find them.

The frustration of technology.

Can you imagine the WW GDP that would get sucked up if WW we had to maintain

DOS drivers for everything made since early 80's ? And of course that would be OS2,

Win 85/NT/ME/98/2000/Vista/XP....

Cypress actually, amazingly in my humble opinion, is updating all ap notes to current tool sets.

Thats since early 2000 ! I cannot imagine the discipline it takes to have EEs update work done

20 years ago. Jump off a bridge comes to mind.

Just a thought.

Regards, Dana.
